The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition. The Petition stands dismissed.

Later on, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1workman submitted that the Petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the Industrial Court towards the backwages. However, the said amount was not permitted to be withdrawn, in view of the pendency of the present Petition. Since the Petition has been dismissed, as withdrawn by the Petitioner, it will be open for Respondent No.1-workman to apply for withdrawal of the amount

Prs 2 922 wp 61-02-c deposited in the Industrial Court. If any such application is made, the Industrial Court shall forthwith allow Respondent No.1workman to withdraw the said amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It is further clarified that it would be open for Respondent No.1-workman to get executed the Orders passed by the Court below. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (P.R.BORA,J.)
