This is an application for substituted service on the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 after admission of the appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, despite putting in best efforts, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 could not be served till today and therefore, the present application for substituted service is filed. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the applicant is permitted to serve Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of newspaper publication in two daily newspapers namely "Navshakti" in Marathi and "Free Press General" in English published from Mumbai.
