Interim application accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out and amended appeal as well as any other application pending, to be served upon respondents within two weeks.

We find there are many documents which are in Marathi language. English translation of the same to be filed within 6 weeks from today. If the official translation is not possible within 6 weeks period, appellant may have the documents privately translated but within three weeks from today shall provide copy of those translations to respondent for confirmation.
