DATE : 7 FEBRUARY 2020 P.C.:- By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondents to regularise the services of the Petitioner as an Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM). The Petitioner has relied upon various circulars annexed to the Petition which according to the Petitioner indicate a policy of the State Government and Zilla Parishad to regularise the services of the candidates such as the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of this Petition, Aurangabad Bench of this Court has also taken a view which is favourable to the candidates such as the Petitioner. If there is a policy as existing as asserted by the Petitioner, then the Petitioner can always apply to the Respondents to give them benefit of this policy.

We do not find any communication placed on record by which the claim of the Petitioner for regularisation has been rejected. In these circumstances, we find it appropriate that the Petitioner should make representation to the Respondents, concerned authority, with their prayer for regularisation. 4.

A comprehensive representation be filed by the Petitioner, which the Respondents in the light of their policy and the decisions of the Court, will take necessary decision. 5.
