2. Bail has been granted by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2022. In view of the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as under:

"(b) The Applicant may kindly be released on provisional cash bail on any terms and conditions as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in C.R.no. 332 of 2019 Registered with Tombay Police Station"

3. Interim Application No. 1199 of 2022 stands disposed of in the above terms.
