1] Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2] This application is filed for condonation of delay in preferring Revision Application against the judgment and order dated 6th October, 2015, in Criminal Appeal No.557 f 2014, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

3] The applicant had preferred an application in person. The reason for condonation of delay is that the applicant miscalculated the period of 1/2

14 APPR 128 OF 2016 limitation within which the Revision Application was required to be filed. Thus, there is delay of 2 days. Having regard to the nature of the proceedings and the fact that the applicant had preferred application in person, in the interest of the justice, delay deserves to be condoned. 4] Application stands allowed.

5] The delay of two days in preferring Revision Application is condoned. 6] The Revision Application be numbered and listed for admission on 22.01.2020.
