This is an application for intervention by the Authorized Officer of the ICICI Bank Limited i.e. the first informant in CR No.60/2018 registered with Economic Offences Wing, Banking UnitI, Crime Branch, Mumbai. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in ABA No.252/2018 are hereby directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned
