The civil application seeks directions against the Respondent for complying with the requirements of Employees Provident Fund Authorities for enabling them to release the Petitioner's dues of provident fund. The Applicant has already submitted an application endorsed by Bank of Baroda to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that this application should have been circulated through the Respondent. Anyway, he makes a statement that if a copy of the application is submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondent, the Respondent shall endorse the same and submit the same to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such submission. The Petitioner may, accordingly, submit a copy of her application to the Respondent through his Advocates. After receipt of this copy, within two weeks, the same shall be forwarded by the Respondent to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner with their endorsement to enable the Provident Fund Commissioner to release the Petitioner's dues. The civil application is, accordingly, disposed of. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
