Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also respondent no. 1.

According to petitioner, he had filed a complaint against respondent no. 3 on 15.7.2015 Exhibit "A". The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of about more than 2.1/2 years, the said complaint has not been decided by respondent nos. 1 and

2. A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing respondent nos. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's complaint Exhibit "A" as expeditiously as possible.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned nilegaonkar

19-wp-3025.2018.odt counsel for the petitioner as also counsel for respondent no. 1, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said application dated 15.7.2015 Exhibit "A" as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter. All contentions of the parties are kept open, to be raised before respondent nos. 1 and 2.
