Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of the petitioner has been traced out and her custody is now handed over to the petitioner. Learned APP submits that accused in the FIR No. 204/15 registered at Airport police station, Pune is in custody. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that written grievance was made against the conduct of the police. A copy of the same is annexed at Exhibit 'B'.

We direct that the investigation shall be conducted expeditiously and final report shall be filed thereafter. We direct the Police Commissioner, Pune City to look into the grievance made by the petitioner regarding conduct of police inter alia and deal with the matter accordingly. With aforesaid directions, Petition is disposed of. 4.

Learned APP to communicate the order to the concerned authorities.
