The learned AGP Mrs. Shinde on the basis of the letter dated 10.09.2018 of the Secretary of the Scheduled Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar addressed to the Govt. Pleader (Writ Cell) states that the order of which contempt is alleged has been complied with inasmuch as the Scheduled Caste Scrutiny Committee has passed an order in respect of the caste claim of the Petitioner. The letter dated 10.09.2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the said development, there is now no warrant to entertain the above Contempt Petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
