In pursuance of Order dated 18th November 2022, learned A.P.P. has produced a copy of Order dated 16th November 2022 passed in Complaint No.2 of 2014 in Company Petition No. 464 of 2011, by the learned Single Judge of this Court. The said Order records that the Petitioner was produced through video conferencing and will again be produced through video conferencing on 7th December 2022.

The Petitioner therefore can plead his case before the learned Judge seized of Company Petition No. 464 of 2011 and seek appropriate reliefs from it.

In view of above, nothing further survives in the Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
