Heard Mr. Suryawanshi, learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Lad, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and Ms. Mehta, learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

This matter is moved by way of praecipie dated 2nd May, 2019 for withdrawal of the C.R.A on the ground that the applicant and contesting respondent No.1 have amicably settled the controversy between the parties. He has tendered photo copy of e-mail received from the applicant. The same is

901-cra-st-6466-2017.odt taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Suryawanshi states that the applicant has handed over possession of the suit premises to the first respondent. Mr. Lad confirms the said fact. Mr. Suryawanshi seeks permission to withdraw the C.R.A. Mr. Lad and Ms. Mehta have no objection. 3.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Suryawanshi, C.R.A is allowed to be withdrawn and as such is disposed of. In view of disposal of main C.R.A, C.A. No.98 of 2017 for condonation of delay and C.A. No.97 of 2018 for vacating stay do not survive and the same are disposed of. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
