Considering the submission advanced before this Court in the backdrop of the facts that the Petitioner is before this Court for seeking quashment of First Information Report lodged at Kurla Police Station in Crime No. 09 of 2022 dated 05/01/2022 and the proceedings in the backdrop of FIR namely No. 5100569/PW/2022.

This Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner can avail appropriate legal remedy for redressal of his grievance. At this stage, the counsel for the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of this petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available under law, if so advised. 4.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
