It is pointed out that the impugned caste validity certificate has been set aside by this Court in the order passed in Writ Petition No.2558 of 2014 and A fresh inquiry on the caste claim of the Third Respondent has been ordered. The said inquiry is still pending. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that there is also a prayer for setting criminal law in motion against the Third Respondent. As a fresh inquiry into the caste claim of the Third Respondent is ordered, the said prayer for setting criminal law in motion cannot be considered as of today.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he may be heard by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. However, in this Petition, such a direction cannot be issued. It is for the Petitioner to file an appropriate Application before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. 4.

Subject to what is observed above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
