Learned counsel for Election Commission, respondent nos. 2 and 5 on instructions submits that the Election Commission shall now proceed in terms nilegaonkar 1/2

11-WP-3302.2018.odt of the clarificatory G.R. Dated 20.3.2018 and shall prepare and finalize the final voters' list before 15.5.2018. After publication of the final voter's list, further consequential steps shall be taken and the elections shall be completed within three months from 15.5.2018. Needless to say that the procedure prescribed in law will have to be followed. 3.
