By the present Petition, the Petitioners have prayed for relief of parole leave on the ground of Covid-19 pandemic. It is a matter of fact and well within the realm of all that the Covid-19 pandemic has ceased its severity.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, by a Circular dated 10th February 2022 issued by the Competent Authority, the benefit of Covid19 pandemic parole leave has been stopped. 3.

In view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
