Learned Advocate for the Respondent-workman informs that she has received instructions that the Respondent No.2 as it has not filed cross appeal. Respondent No.3 has no objection to withdraw the Appeal. Considering the above position the Appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn.

The amount deposited to the Labour Court i.e. with the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act district Mumbai shall allow Respondent Nos.1 and 2 (original claimant) to withdraw the amount alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereupon without requiring any application from the claimants.
