Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, application of Petitioner dated 18th May 2019 for furlough leave will be reconsidered in conformity with Circular dated 17th August 2022 issued by Director General of Police, M.S, Mumbai and Inspector General of Prisons, M.S Pune. Said statement is accepted.
