Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of application dated 9th December 2019 filed by Petitioner for furlough leave by the Competent Authority, Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 6th February 2021 in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.1075 of 2019. 2.

In view of the above, the grievance of Petitioner does not survive.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
