We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In light of that, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal as provided under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In that event, all contentions of the petitioners are kept open.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
