Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P and perused the record.

This Court (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) by an order dated 7th November, 2019 disposed of the first application for bail after hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length. Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned Counsel was permitted to withdraw the application. 7.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has not been able to show any change in the circumstances except long incarceration of the applicant. I do not find any reason to grant bail to the applicant on merits as first application for bail was heard by the previous Bench.

However, Trial Court is directed to frame a charge by securing presence of all the accused on the next date and thereafter make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 8.

In case, the trial is not concluded within one year from today, liberty to the applicant to revive his prayer for bail. 9.

The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

10. In view of disposal of the Bail Application, Interim Application stands disposed of.
