Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for 1st and 2nd Respondents.

2] The grievance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the revision application preferred by the Petitioner on 10th February, 2010 before the State Government was once heard in 2012, but thereafter the judgment was not pronounced. He states that the revision application is still pending. The learned AGP has no instructions about the status of the revision application.

3] Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition by passing the following order:- 1/2

24.wp10398.14.doc (a) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the revisionary authority on 6th April, 2015 at 3.00 p.m.;

(b) The Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order as well as a true copy of the revision application before the Revisional Authority on that date;

(c) If the revision application is already decided, a copy of the order passed on revision application be provided to the Petitioner within a period of 15 days from 6th April, 2015;

(d) If the revision application is still pending the Revisional Authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of 3 months from 6th April, 2015;

(e) The Petition is disposed of on above terms. (f) All contentions of merits are kept open.
