By this Application, the Applicant has sought modification of condition in para 21(b)(i) of Bail Order dated 14.12.2021. One of the conditions of the bail order was that "The Applicant should attend L.T.Marg Police Station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon."

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that chargesheet has been filed and the Applicant is regularly attending the Trial Court. Learned APP also concedes that the chargesheet has been filed and that the presence of the Applicant is not required at the police station. Salgaonkar

Under the circumstances, the condition imposed in para 21(b)(i) to attend L.T.Marg Police Station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon is relaxed. The Applicant is directed to appear before the Trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
