The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.2 of 2024 registered at Rasayani Police Station, Raigad, on 03.01.2024, under Sections 376(2)(n) and 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned APP submits that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicant. She further submitted that the applicant be directed to attend the police station on a particular date and then as and when called. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application. He states that the applicant shall co-operate with the investigation. 4.

Hence, the following order.

i) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 19.03.2024 between 1.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. and thereafter as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

ii) The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms; as not pressed.
