This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased sole Respondent i.e. Mahadev Fakira Chogale. Deceased sole Respondent passed away on 25th August 2020 and the Interim Application is taken out in February 2021.

Due to COVID pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th 1/2

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
