The appellant had moved a praecipe on 15th February, 2019 for extension of ad-interim relief. However, since the applicant had not remained present, no order was passed. It is seen that ad-interim relief is operating since 25th October, 2018. Considering the said fact and also considering the fact that the interim relief (direction of maintaining status quo) has not been rejected on merits, the same is extended till the next date.
