This civil application is for transfer of Regular Civil Appeal No.244 of 2012 pending in the District court Satara to District court Thane. The ground on which the application is filed is of the personal inconvenience of the applicant in travelling to Satara. Mr.Nandu Pawar, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent, states that the hearing in the appeal is complete and the appeal is kept on 16th January, 2015, for final orders. In that circumstance, the application for transfer has become infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed off.
