(b) This Honourable Court be pleased to set aside abatement caused on account of death of the Appellant and be pleased to allow the Applicants to come on records as legal heirs and legal representatives of the Appellant by carrying out amendments adding word 'Deceased' against name of the Appellant and consequential amendment whenever necessary."
