By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time upto and inclusive of 20.3.2015.

By order dated 9.2.2015, Mr.

Solanki's statement that within four weeks he will deposit the entire arrears of maintenance amount as per the impugned order, was recorded. Mr.

2/2 CAW/686/2015 Solanki states that for the reasons set out in the application, he could not deposit the amount of arrears within four weeks.

He, therefore, seeks extension of time to comply the order dated 9.2.2015 by 20.3.2015. In view thereof, the time stipulated in the order dated 9.2.2015 for depositing the entire arrears of maintenance amount as per the impugned order, is extended upto and inclusive of 20.3.2015. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed with no order as to costs.
