When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant any relief, Mr. Halli, the learned Counsel for the Applicant on instructions wants to withdraw the proceeding.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

Mr. Halli submits that the Applicant is behind the bar for more than two and half years and so the trial may be expedited. In view of the nature of the material collected against the Applicant, this Court holds that the Trial Court may dispose of the matter within four months from this order. If the matter is not disposed within the time 18th August 2017
