This is sufficient to allow the application regarding service of Respondent No.2 by way of publication in Daily Newspapers "Daily Pudhari" and "Daily Prabhat, Pune Edition."

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed as per prayer clause, returnable by 6 weeks.
