Learned counsel for the Appellant has tendered an affidavit of the Appellant. It is mentioned in that affidavit that the Appellant had challenged the Judgment and order for conviction and sentence passed in Sessions Case No.545 of 2008. The sessions case was tried before the Sessions Court, Mumbai. It is mentioned in the affidavit that, he had completed the entire jail sentence and he has instructed his advocate not to press this appeal before this Court.
