Mr. Atharva Sane, learned counsel appears for the Applicant. This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside the order dated 28th March 2022 of the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which four weeks time was granted to remove office objections failing which registration of Second Appeal was directed to be refused. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Applicant to remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
