Heard Mr. Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Mishra states that the petitioner - Puran Tejumal Chellani is present in the Court. He has tendered the photo-copies of his PAN card and Aadhaar card, which are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively, for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. To that effect, he has also filed a praecipe dated 2.5.2018, which is also taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Mishra, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. In view of disposal of the main Petition, Civil Application No.80/2018 for fixing the peremptory date of hearing of the main Petition does not survive and the same is also disposed of. Order accordingly.
