By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners are seeking the following relief :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, direction against the Respondent Ld. Mamlatdar, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, being the appropriate authority to process application dated 01.06.2020 thereby directing the Respondent to decide the representation filed by the Petitioners to enter names of the Petitioners in revenue records made by the Petitioners in application dated 01.06.2020 (Exhibit "F")." 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent states on instructions that the hearing is fixed by the Office of the Mamlatdar, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 06.09.2021 at 10.30 a.m. The Mamlatdar, Silvassa shall hear the concerned parties and pass his order within a period of three weeks therefrom.
