1] We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2] The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were allotted Government land, but encroachment has been committed on the said land.

3] It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that correspondence is made by Respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer, in respect of encroachment. The petitioner is entitled to hold the land in perpetuality. If encroachment is made subsequently, then it is for the Petitioner to take steps in appropriate proceedings for removal of encroachment.
