Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Application for restoration is filed within limitation. Only to ensure that Writ Petition filed by the Applicant is decided on merits, we are inclined to restore the same. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ Petition shall be added to the appropriate weekly board as per its turn.
