The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that she has received instructions from the Respondent to the effect that he has no objection if the above Misc. Civil Application is allowed and the Marriage Petition filed by him being No.139 of 2016 is transferred from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Margao, Goa, to the Family Court, Pune. In view thereof, by consent of the parties the following order is passed :

(i) The Marriage Petition No.139 of 2016 filed by the Respondent husband against the Applicant wife before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Margao, Goa is transferred to the Family Court at Pune. (ii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune on 16 th August, 2017 and obtain necessary ssp 1/2

mca 92 of 2017 (915).sxw orders/directions in the matter.

(iii)The learned Judge hearing the Marriage Petition No.139 of 2016 shall not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary and shall endeavour to dispose off the same within a period of six months from 16 th August, 2017.

(iv)All contentions of the parties are kept open. (v) The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 2/2
