We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as without assigning any reason though respondent no.1 sanctioned other posts excluding Head Master, Clerk, and one Peon. Those posts are sanctioned and appointments are made by following due procedure of law. No reason whatsoever communicated till this date for not granting and/or taking decision about these posts. Therefore, in the interest of justice , we direct respondent no.1 to take decision on the balance proposal submitted by the petitioner-management in

KJ 2/2 wp2801.14-22 the year 2012 as early as possible preferably within 10 weeks. Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
