Prayer clause (b) of this application reads thus :- "(b) the Applicants permitted to lay water pipe line from their building i.e. Building 'C' to the main water pipe connection of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation and the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation be directed to connect the said pipe to its main water pipe line and the Order dated 18th February, 2014 of this Hon'ble Court be modified to that extent."

caw-642.16.sxw Admittedly, the Applicants have not even applied to the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation for grant of permission to lay water pipe line. Hence, this application cannot be entertained. If the Applicants make any such application, the same shall be decided by the Municipal Corporation in accordance with law. (M.S. SONAK, J ) (A.S.
