The Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay of 248 days in filing the Second Appeal. 2.

In the Second Appeal the challenge is to the legality and validity of the judgment and decree dated 16th January 2020 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Nashik in Regular Civil Appeal No. 212 of 2018. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022 and as the Second Appeal
