Having heard Mr.Deshpande, learned AGP for the State of Maharashtra and the learned counsel for the respondents (original contempt petitioners), I find that similar contempt petitions, as were filed at Nagpur and Aurangabad Benches of this Court being Contempt Petition No.89 of 2013 and connected matters by the respondents herein, are pending before the Principal Seat at Mumbai.

It is directed that Contempt Petition No.89 of 2013 and connected matters filed by respondents herein shall be transferred from Nagpur and Aurangabad Benches to the Principal Seat at Mumbai and shall be placed before the Division Bench taking up Contempt Petition No.355 of 2011 and connected matters, on 25 August 2015.
