By this Interim Application, the applicant/petitioner prays that an order dated 21 February, 2024 passed by this Court dismissing the Writ Petition for want of prosecution be set aside and restored to the file of this Court. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and also perused the averments as made in the memo of the application. We are of the opinion that it is in the interest of justice that the order dated 21 February, 2024 dismissing the petition for want of prosecution is to be set aside. It is accordingly set aside. Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.
