By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed that, trial of Sessions Case No. 65 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi be expedited.

Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, trial of the Petitioner has already commenced and as of today three witnesses have been examined. That, Petitioner is being regularly produced before Trial Court with police escort.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
