Mungekar, PSI, attached to Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation in the present crime, 'C-Summary Report' has been filed in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai on 06th September, 2022 and the same has been accepted by the trial Court.

2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of M.E.C.R.No.12/2023 registered at Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
