Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has submitted a representation dated 28.01.2021 before Respondent No.2 for possession of alternate land already allotted.

Learned APP submits that due to the pandemic situation, the said representation may not be heard within a short period. Hence, Respondent No.2 may be given sufcient time to consider the said representation of the Petitioners.

In view of the above submissions, Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The Petitioners are directed to appear before Respondent No.2 Aarti Palkar
