This is an application by the Appellant/Pune Municipal Corporation for stay of impugned Judgment and Award dated 25.10.2016 passed by the M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 162 of 2013. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. As per the office note, the amount under impugned award is deposited by the Appellant. In light thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The impugned Judgment and Award shall remain stayed during the pendency of appeal.

The Respondent/Claimant is at liberty to apply for withdrawal of amount.
