The Learned Addl. P.P. Mr. Yagnik draws our attention to the letter dated 2-2-2017 addressed to the Petitioner by the Police. The said records that on a preliminary investigation it is found that no cognizable offence was disclosed. We are therefore not inclined to issue the directions as sought by the Petitioner in the above Petition. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to avail of the remedy of filing a private complaint under Section 156(3) of the Cr. PC. With the observations as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
