The Applicant has prayed that his Appeal be expedited and heard as expeditiously as possible. Appointed Advocate states that out of the seven years rigorous imprisonment imposed on the Appellant, the Appellant has already undergone more than five years and six months of his sentence.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and the Appeal be added in the final hearing board, First On Board in the week commencing from 08.08.2016.
